Charlotte Aldrich
Senior Research Specialist, TIMSS Mathematics Coordinator

Charlotte assists in content development for TIMSS. She also contributes to organizing international meetings of country representatives to review TIMSS content. She joined the TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center in 2017 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the conclusion of PIRLS 2016. Charlotte also helps with special projects related to both TIMSS and PIRLS.

Prior to working at Boston College, Charlotte worked in English as a Second Language (ESL) programs and schools as both a teacher and an administrator. After teaching at elementary schools in France, she continued teaching and coordinating ESL programs across Boston. This work included international travel, accreditation management, and sustaining positive student experience. Charlotte earned her BA in Mathematics and French Language and Literature from Colgate University, and is currently enrolled in the Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment (MESA) PhD program at Boston College.
